Florida to lift vaccine mandate

Felt compelled to stop on my walk after listening to Florida Surgeon General Dr. Lapado spew his nonsense to Jake Tapper this morning. He mentioned how whooping Cough is not big deal - years ago I covered a whooping cough epidemic at New Trier High School- and students were getting revaccinated. Fact: there has been an increase in whooping cough (pertussis) and waning immunity has been cited which makes vaccinations more important.
